Main Responsibilities
Trade Execution Support
- Support execution of trading operations from scheduling through delivery.
- Assist in monitoring cargo movements and operational timelines.
- Support coordination of logistics activities across stakeholders.
Shipping & Logistic Coordination
- Assist in vessel nomination, scheduling, and cargo operations.
- Liaise with agents, inspectors, and terminals for updates.
- Track vessel movements and cargo status.
Documentation Preparation & Control
- Prepare and compile trade documentation including shipping and cargo documents.
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Support document distribution to stakeholders.
Trade Data & System Updates
- Input and update trade-related data into systems.
- Assist in verifying accuracy of trade records.
- Escalate discrepancies to Senior Associate or Manager.
Operational Coordination
- Support coordination between traders, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Assist in resolving routine operational issues.
- Ensure timely communication of operational updates
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, contractual requirements, and governance standards.
- Support adherence to operational controls and compliance processes.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing operational reports and updates. Maintain records, trackers, and documentation logs.
Financial (Budget/Contract)
- Support tracking of logistics-related costs and operational expenses.
Position Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Shipping and Trading operations (preferred)
